Flexible high pressure hoses, high temperature hoses, and chemical hoses that withstand your extreme applications are a few of our specialty hoses. RUBBER

Gaskets , cut rubber strips , rubber rolls , rubber shapes , rubber & sheet rubber are also cut or fabricated in-house to your specs. Sheet rubber is available to you in the sheet form or roll form, or we can cut the rubber to strips or shapes of any width and length. We have hard-to-find durometers and sizes. You need to talk to someone that really knows what they are doing, and we are just the company to help you

Every hose fabricator will tell you that they make quality hose assemblies. But, at Thunder, we have state-of-the-art procedures and testing capabilities that the average hose fabricator does not have:

• Complete Hose Testing Capabilities
• Helium leak tests can beperformed on your flexible metal hoses using a mass spectrometer.
• Hydrostatic leak and pressure testing is performed on your rubber hoses and PTFE hoses
• X-Ray or radiographic testing is available for welded end fittings
• Dye Penetration detection
• Proof, burst & Controlled temperature tests are available to your spec requirements
• TSSA pressure vessel testing
• Other specialized tests to your requirements
• Oxygen service hose cleaning
• Testing Certifications are available with your hose test results

HOSE SAFETY

Your safety is our main concern. At Thunder, we also offer you hose safety products and services which include safety hose reels; safety hose fittings; on-site hose safety seminars and training; hose tracking; hose ID and color coding systems; and hose testing. Even if you have "always" used a certain hose assembly, perhaps you might not be using the safest hose and there might be something better out there. New hoses and fittings are introduced to the market and we can let you know if there is a safer solution. Let us figure out if you have the safest hose for your application.

RUBBER STRIPS, RUBBER ROLLS, SHEET RUBBER, and GASKETS

Our helpful experts are happy to help you with your selections of cut rubber strips, rubber rolls, unique rubber shapes, sheet rubber, rubber straps, and gasketing. Thunder has hard-to-find sizes and durometers, and we carry all rubber types. We can add adhesive backing and punch holes into your rubber.
