QUALITY GROWTH
As of June 2, 2003, IDEX Corporation purchased Liquid Controls Sponsler for inclusion in the Liquid Controls family of companies, which now includes Liquid Controls, Corken, Sponsler, SAMPI, and LC India. The acquisition will position the Liquid Controls family of companies to grow sales of meters in core petroleum and industrial markets worldwide.
Sponsler, a manufacturer of Precision Turbine Flow Meters and Associated Electronic Devices, is located in Westminster, South Carolina. Major markets served include cryogenic, general industrial, gas, and petroleum. We are excited by the synergistic opportunities provided by this union.
