Through the 10+ years of partnership, The Macomb group has now expanded even further to offer in-house fabrication of 1”- 6” PTFE lined pipe, in addition to an expansive inventory of fittings on hand.
Baum Lined Piping comes in a variety of materials and sizes that include:
Steel: (commonly provided in 1”-24”):
- Carbon Steel Pipe: ASTM A106 Gr B, A587 Gr BERW, A53 Gr. B ERW
- Flanges comply with ASTM A105
- Fittings comply with ASTM A234 gr. WPB
- Stainless Steel can be supplied per customer specification.
Liners (conform with ASTM1545-15a):
The Baum Advantage:
- Paste extruded PTFE liners offer less permeating than other PTFE manufacturing techniques.
- Smother surface for easier clean up and less organic growth
- Superior tensile strength and elongation
Liner physical properties tested to ASTM D638. Other offerings include:
