Product Line
Flow-Tek offers a broad line of ball valves with a size range of 1/4” though 30”. Our ball valves are available in the most requested body styles, sizes, end connections and pressure classes including ASME Class 150, 300, 600 and 1500. We specialize in 3-piece flanged, one and two piece threaded, multi-port, and V-Control ball valves. Flow-Tek also offers fire safe ball valves certified to API 607 4th edition. Many of Flow-Tek’s ball valves feature a floating ball design that increase cycle life and the packing gland is contoured to evenly distribute the load.
Flow-Tek’s 3-piece ball valves feature live-loaded stem seals and a redundant body seal design. They are available in full and standard port models. The valves offer high pressure tolerance and a secure mount that are ideal for process, severe service, high temperature and high cycle applications.
The V-Control valve series are more compact, lighter weight. They have high flow capacity and the ability to function with fluids containing solids and fibers. They also exceed Class IV offering bubble-tight shutoff with zero leakage. Engineered to withstand pressure drops while offering leak free protection, the series delivers precision control that today’s process industries demand.
Flow-Tek also offers pneumatic actuators that ensure consistent operation of the ball valves. Determining the proper actuator requires the proper valve operating torque. The pneumatic actuators are either double acting (air-to-air) or single acting (spring return either Fail-Open or Fail-Close).
