Standard Pipe

As one of the oldest tube and pipe manufacturers in America, Wheatland Tube Company has had a lot of time to perfect its steel pipe products. Wheatland Tube set the standard for hot dip galvanized pipe. We manufacture continuous weld and electric weld pipe in black, as well as galvanized, in ½” to 6” sizes. We inventory additional sizes up to 12".

Wheatland continues operation of the Sharon Tube plant acquired in 2007 for the production of Drawn-over-mandrel (DOM) products.

Galvanized Mechanical Tube
On March 28, 2008, Michael Blackwell, Vice President of Sales, announced that Wheatland Tube Company would exit the Galvanized Mechanical Tubing market but continues its DOM Mechanical Tubing operations from its Sharon Tube facility.

Fence Framework

Wheatland produces two distinct fence framework products that meet the toughest requirements and specifications for private, independent and government agencies. Our WT-40 and hot dip galvanized ASTM F 1083-06, Regular, Intermediate and High Strength Grades were engineered specifically for high security applications. We also offer WT-30, WT-20 and WT-15, ideal for industrial and commercial applications. And, Wheatland manufactures ornamental tubing in both round and square shapes, combining privacy, security and good looks.

Sprinkler Pipe

Wheatland Tube manufactures the most complete line of steel fire sprinkler pipe in the industry meeting ASTM specifications A-53, A135 and A795. Our pipe coatings set us apart from our competition. Wheatland operates a “state of the art” hot dip galvanizing operation, unlike our competitors that outsource this important process. Wheatland’s black sprinkler pipe coating sets the industry standard for corrosion resistance and appearance and acts as an excellent paint primer. Wheatland sprinkler pipe also comes with our exclusive MIC SHIELD coating, engineered to deter microbiological growth.

Electrical Conduit

Manufactured for optimum performance, Wheatland's steel electrical conduit comes in Rigid, Intermediate and Electrical Metallic - all triple coated for maximum corrosion protection. Wheatland also offers aluminum rigid conduit. All conduit is available in standard 10-ft. lengths. Rigid and EMT are now available in cost-saving 20-ft. lengths. We also offer a broad line of electrical fittings.
