Fittings
The Macomb Group offers a large selection of fittings in a wide variety of materials including: ductile iron, cast iron threaded fittings, cast iron flanged fittings, forged steel fittings (A-105, P11, P22, stainless), malleable iron fittings, steel pipe nipples, threaded & welded o’lets, weld fittings (CS, stainless, alloys), plastic, brass, fiberglass, lined, ductile AWWA flanged & grooved. Our fittings are corrosion and rust resistant and service a broad spectrum of applications and needs. We also feature a number of connection options, including Propress and Advanced Groove System.
Brass is utilized primarily for water in commercial plumbing & OEM applications, but is also used in oil, gas and steam applications. Brass offers many of the same advantages of copper, with a heavier wall for threading as opposed to soldering. Brass offers good corrosion resistance from water and heat and resists attack from salt water and acids, minerals and peaty soils contained in water.
Cam and groove couplings are used to connect and disconnect hoses carrying selected fluids and dry bulk materials for various industries. The Macomb Group stocks various sizes and materials for your demanding applications.
We stock 125# cast iron threaded fittings, 125# flanged fittings, companion flanges and 250# cast iron flanges. We also carry cast iron No-Hub fittings for drainage applications. Cast No-Hub fittings are used in building construction and are installed within the partitions. These fittings are best suited for lavatory, tub and water closet fixtures.
3000#, 6000# or 9000# A-105 forged steel fittings in both socket weld and thread. We stock fittings in F22 2-1/4 Chrome Moly socket weld for the power industry.
We carry Victaulic grooved products at all of our Macomb Group locations. We stock product from 1" up to 24" depending on the location. We have Victaulic's standard orange painted, galvanized, and stainless fittings. We also have a large inventory of valves for water or chemical applications. Our Valve Automation division can put your favorite actuator on most Victaulic valve products. With the Victaulic System we can also go from a Press-Fit fitting to grooved in a matter of moments to get you up and running without welding or threading.
The Macomb Group carries a large inventory of No-Hub fittings for all of your drain, waste and vent applications. Cast No-Hub fittings are used in building construction and are installed within the partitions. These fittings are best suited for lavatory, tub, and water closet fixtures. We also carry a selection of No-Hub bands and seals for hub & spigot fittings.

Stocking 304 or 316 stainless in threaded, weld or socket weld. We can also find the higher alloys such as Hastelloy and Alloy 20. We also have stainless type A and type C stub ends when a rotating flange is needed. We stock various sizes of threaded, MSS, socket and weld neck flanges to mate up to an existing valve or to add a spool for a new application.
The Macomb Group has a large inventory of standard or extra heavy weld fittings and flanges. We deliver weld fittings to jobsites and contractors every day throughout Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee. We stock elbows, tees, concentric / eccentric reducers, stub ends and flanges, slip-on, weld neck, blinds and socket weld.
We have a number of new fittings available for your toughest applications. Victaulic has a new S10 stainless Pressfit product that will launch in March 2011 that will use S10 stainless pipe and a battery operated tool that can crimp fittings from 1/2" to 2" sizes and will have a 500 psi pressure rating.
