The Macomb Group provides piping products for the Waste Water Treatment area. We assist in the process from beginning to end in helping with: Building a Bill of Materials, Piping, Valves, Instrumentation Flanged and Underground ductile iron pipe & fittings: Unlined; Cement lined; Glass lined; and Protecto 401 lined and accessories including valves, wall sleeves, hangers and more. We also have a Valve and Actuator repair division called Midwest Valves & Automation that call rebuild valves and actuators on-site or remove them and rebuild them in our shop. This can save you a considerable amount of time and money based on the price of new versus rebuilt.
Plug Valves, Butterfly Valves, Gates Valves, Check Valves, Mud Valves, Flap Valves, Shear Gates, Knife Gates and Pressure Relief Valves. Whatever your application the Macomb Group can provide a solution. We can also Automate your valves with an Air/Spring Pnuematic Actuator or an Electric Multi-Turn. If you dont have money for a new valve we have a valve repair division that can look at your valve and actuator on location and give you a bid for repair instead of replacing; saving you money and down time.
Ductile iron pipe, flange and mechanical joint fittings and ductile iron fabricated pipe for the Waterworks Industry. We can provide ductile pipe and fittings with Cement Lining, Protecto 401 Ceramic Epoxy Lining or Glass Lining.
